Glaze:
-1 TBSP cocoa powder
-1 TBSP maple syrup
-a little water
BAKE at 175Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 20-25min

Choc oat clusters:
-3/4 cup (75g) oats
-1 heaped TBSP (20g) cocoa powder
-2/8 cup (55g) maple syrup or agave
-1/4 cup (65g) nut butter of your choice
BAKE at 175Celsius/350Fahrenheit for 10-12min

Cheezy baked broccoli:
.-1 head broccoli (cut in florets)
‚buttermilk mixture‘:
-2/3 cup (160ml) plant milk
-1 TBSP vinegar or lemon juice
-salt and pepper to taste
‚crust‘:
-stale bread or breadcrumbs
-3 TBSP nutritional yeast
-1 TSP garlic powder
-a pinch of salt
-1/2 TSP chili flakes
-1 TSP dried Italian herbs
BAKE at 180Celsius/360 Fahrenheit for 20min

BBQ bean wrap:
-1 can (220g) beans of your choice
-3 TBSP vegan BBQ sauce
-1 TSP each cumin and smoked paprika
-1/2 TSP each chili flakes and garlic powder
-salt to taste
‚else‘:
-tortillas
-shredded carrot
-vegan cheese
