INGREDIENTS

#1 Fancy Watermelon Pizza

a few pizza shaped slices of watermelon
a squeeze of lime or lemon juice
a handful of crushed roasted and salted almonds (or any other nut you wanna add)
avocado
vegan feta or mozzarella, optional

#2 Quick Sun dried Tomato Snack

sun dried tomatoes, in oil (rinsed quickly under water if preferred)
romaine lettuce
potato chips

#3 Babyfood

yep vegan baby food

#4 (Cinnamon) Raisin Toast

raisin toast
peanut butter
apple slices
cinnamon, optional

#5 Vegan Cookie Dough + Cookie Dough Bites

¾ cup oats, blended to oat flour (70g)
a generous pinch of salt
3 tbsp raw sugar
1 can white beans (240g), rinsed and drained
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup non dairy milk (60ml)
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp agave
2 tbsp corn or tapioca starch

→ ~ 4-5 servings

*adjust flavors or consistency if needed

additional add ins / toppings:

berries, cherries, fresh or frozen

chocolate glaze

200g chocolate, melted
1-2 tsp coconut oil, solid

#6 Chocolate Covered Cornflakes Bites aka Vegan Schoko Crossies

2 ½ cups cornflakes (75g)
200g vegan chocolate, melted (7oz)
1 tbsp coconut oil, solid

optional add ins:
½ tsp cinnamon
a handful of chopped, roasted nuts
a handful of banana chips
etc.
