Paneer 65 Recipe :

Paneer – 400 grams
Curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – ¾ tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
Water – As Needed
Green Chilli – 2 nos
Curry Leaves – 10 nos
Water – 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions:
1.Clean and cut paneer into 1-inch cubes

2.In a bowl, add the paneer, curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, cornflour, maida, rice flour and sprinkle water. Mix this well.

3.Add oil to a deep frying pan, heat the oil, and deep fry the marinated paneer in batches for 3-4 mins.

4.Serve hot with lemon slices and onion rings.
