These cookies are super healthy made from All Natural Ingredients and a good energy source. No sugar added. Vegan and Keto Friendly!
Ingredient:
1 1/4 cup raw Sesame seed
1/2 cup date syrup
1 tbsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
– In a large pan over low heat, spread the sesame seeds evenly and cook for 5 minutes. Use spatula to stir the seeds to prevent them from burning
– Add the date syrup and mix on low heat
– Add the cardamom and cinnamon and mix quickly on low heat
– Scoop 1 tbsp into a Cupcake Liners and press down until flat
Keep in the fridge for 1 hour
Remove the Sesame seed cookies from the liners and enjoy them! π±
