Sevai Custard Falooda

Ingredients
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp – Ghee
1/4 Cup – Unroasted Saviyan
Roast till golden
600 ml – Milk ( Remove 100 ml Milk amd Keep aside – Use 500 ml Milk )

Removed
100 ml – Milk
1 tbsp – Custard Powder ( Vanilla Flavour )
2 tbsp – Milk Powder
Whisk with Whisker

When Seviyan Cooked Properly then add Custard Mixture
Make it Little thicker and add
1/4 Cup – Sugar
and Mix Properly and boil little
Remove in big Bowl ,let completly Cool and keep it in Fridge amd Make it Chilled

Sabja :
1 tbsp – Sabja
3 tbsp – Water
Soak for 15-20 min

Take a Serving Glass
1+1/2 tbsp – Add Soaked Sabja
1 tbsp -Rooh afza Syrup
3-4 tbsp – Saviyan Custard
Chopped Mango ,Apple ,Pomogrante,Chikoo
1 tsp – Praline
Sabja
Rooh afza
Fruits Chopped
Praline
Serve Chilled
